Exterior Lighting LED Upgrades, "Brighter, Safer, Lower Cost"

The site had aging wall packs that produced dim, uneven lighting and higher energy and maintenance costs. We executed a targeted exterior lighting retrofit to upgrade fixtures to modern LED wall packs. Work was staged to minimize disruption to tenants and operations while crews used aerial equipment for safe, fast access to all fixtures.

The result: a brighter, more secure parking and perimeter area with immediate reductions in energy consumption and ongoing maintenance needs.
